Low-fat Key Lime Tarts
| 1 Can | no-fat sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand) |
| 1/3 Cup | Key lime juice |
| 8oz. | Lite or no fat whipped topping |
| 2 Drops | Green food coloring |
| Fresh grated lime zest | |
| Tart shells made with reduced fat graham cracker crust |
Pour condensed milk into bowl and slowly add the lime juice. Add several drops of green food coloring and fold in the whipped topping. Pour into prepared pie shell and sprinkle with the lime zest. Chill.
