Grilled Pineapple
| 1 | Fresh, ripe pineapple Dole Gold is a good, sweet variety. |
| 3 Tablespoons | Honey |
| 1 Tablespoon | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
Peel pineapple. Cut into slices. Combine honey and lemon juice. Baste pineapple on both sides with honey-lemon mixture. Grill 2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side over medium heat. Edges will be slightly brown. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
