Grilled Pineapple


1 Fresh, ripe pineapple Dole Gold is a good, sweet variety.
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Peel pineapple. Cut into slices. Combine honey and lemon juice. Baste pineapple on both sides with honey-lemon mixture. Grill 2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side over medium heat. Edges will be slightly brown. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
